PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT!

Maximize your time.

The first visit is on average 90 minutes, up to two hours. During this time, we will discuss what chronic pain, functional,  balance  or other issues you may have and why you have decided to try this approach.

You will maximize your visit if you come fully prepared. It includes comfortable exercise clothes plus an outfit for taking pictures. It is very important to fill up the intake forms I require. Then we won’t have to waste time on paperwork and will be able to focus more on your personal training.

 

WHAT TO WEAR FOR YOUR FIRST
AND SUBSEQUENT EXERCISE SESSIONS

Shorts:

I need to be able to see your knees.

Clinging T-shirt or Tank Top:

To better assess your upper body alignment.
Footwear:

All exercises will be done barefoot. You may wear socks if you prefer.

For subsequent visits:

You will need to wear comfortable exercise clothing. Changing room is available.

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

For the first visit, you will need to bring completed intake and wellness forms (printable forms can be downloaded from the Forms page. Before treatments can start, a liability waiver must be signed.
