Sign up for a the 2-hour workshop where through a visual presentation and short videos, you will learn new facts about the foot health and how to lay the foundation to a fun foot gym practice.

You will be barefoot during this session. Please bring a yoga mat.

Why Should You Be Interested in a
Postural Alignment Class?

Do you spend most of your day sitting at your desk?
Do you suffer with back, knee, neck, or shoulder pain?

There is a direct connection between your musculoskeletal issues and your body alignment:

Proper body geometry means proper function.
Misalignment means dysfunction and pain.

Through a combination of visual demonstration, education and practice you will:

  • understand what the optimal body geometry is;
  • start the process of moving out of painful, tense, and uncomfortable posture to natural, relaxed, and healing alignment;
  • change the way you sit, sleep, stand, bend, and walk so all these activities work for and not against your postural health;
  • and lay a foundation on which to build your body’s ability to move naturally, without pain and dysfunction for the rest of your life.

Any age or level of fitness. You will only need comfortable exercise clothes and desire to learn.
All educational materials will be provided at no additional cost.

WHY LEARN ABOUT POSTURAL ALIGNMENT?

While yoga, Pilates, running, weight training, etc. offer many health benefits, they may not be always beneficial for you. If your body is out of alignment:

Postural fitness focuses on restoring proper body alignment and function first.
A group postural alignment class is a great way to get introduced to it.
