When I was finishing my new post past Sunday, my ever-helpful husband pointed out that it’s a Christmas week. When he saw I was giving a posture-related assignment, he thought I had my priorities all mixed up.
After some consideration, I agreed that people may have other things to worry about during the holidays. Therefore, I am not going to talk about alignment from the structural point of view. Instead, I suggest you align yourself with all the joy and excitement of the Holiday Season.
Laugh, sing, and dance. Enjoy good food, great music, and a company of people you love. Celebrate and be happy. Get ready for a New Year and all the good things you are going to do for yourself in 2016. I hope you can make one extra New Year resolution – to work on your posture improvement.
Happy Holidays to all of you!
See you next year!
