If there is just one piece of equipment to cover the majority of your corrective exercise needs, the foam half-roller is the most versatile tool for it. I recommend ordering two of these: one for home and another for the office.

These cotton bolsters provide perfect support for many floor exercises. They are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with cotton blend batting and weigh in at 6 pounds. Lightweight yet dense and firm, with a handle on each end, this is a great prop to maintain a proper alignment in corrective exercises or simply sit on a floor.

This is a set of two balls in a tote. Each ball is 2.5 inches in diameter. These unique massage balls are made of a special rubber that grips at your skin, grabs at multiple layers of muscles, and rubs out adhesions and tension, providing a deep tissue massage.
