I never thought that these simple exercises could work so well! A few years ago, one of my knees started hurting so bad that I had to use a cane. I got very scared - I thought that at my age the pain will stay with me forever and it would only get worse. I was very lucky to be introduced to postural alignment exercises. My exercise program is close to magical. I do it religiously every day for 45 minutes. Whenever my knee hurts – which does not happen often anymore - I do an additional set of my favorite exercises and the pain goes completely away. I no longer need to use a cane. Being pain-free is a great incentive that keeps me motivated. I only wish I were introduced to posture therapy years ago. I am convinced that it would have allowed me to avoid many of my back, hip, and knee problems."
